This is a lifetime family sign with replaceable inserts. Made from HDPE, this sign will not rust, delaminate, or rot. It comes with a "Welcome" insert. The insert is replaceable with other seasonal, address, or short message inserts. The inserts are held firmly in place with strong magnets but an access hole in the back allows for easy insert replacement. The back has hanger brackets 16 inches on center.
